A grand display of Nobleland Ventures Inc.’s construction milestones for its premier project – The Exchange Regency – will be staged on March 17 as the company marks its topping-off ceremony for this structure.

The event will be held at The Exchange Regency project site located at Exchange Road, Meralco Avenue and Jade Drive in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
